We are just a quick 4 block walk down Julia St. from Emeril’s New Orleans Restaurant, in the Warehouse District. Feel free to stop by and shop during our regular business hours.

Where’s my order?

If your order was placed prior to Oct 15, 2015, please contact Cooking.com customer service at 310-450-3270, Monday - Friday 6am - 5pm and Saturday 7am - 3pm PST. Cooking.com previously managed all merchandise orders placed on the Emerilstore.com.

 

If your order was placed on or after Oct 15, 2015, we will be happy to help. Please call the Emerilstore customer service at 800-980-7484, Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm CST.

 

How can I return or exchange an item?

You may request a return or exchange an undamaged, unused item by calling us at 800-980-7484. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped, you may cancel your order by phone at 800-980-7484. We typically process and ship orders the same business day or the next business day for orders submitted over the weekend and holidays.

 

Can I get expedited or rush shipping for my order?

We can offer rush or expedited shipping on phones orders. Please call us for a shipping quote at 800-980-7484.

 

Can I get a signed cookbook from Chef Emeril?

You may call 800-980-7484 to place your order for a signed cookbook. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your book to be signed and shipped.

 

Can Restaurant Gift Cards be use for online merchandise purchase?

Unfortunately we cannot accept Restaurant Gift Cards for online purchasaes. Restaurant Gift Cards may only be used at participating restaurants and may not be used to purchase products from the Emerilstore. http://emerilstore.com/restaurant-gift-cards/

 

Where can I buy other Emeril products?
We are unable to provide specific local grocery and retail locations where Emeril’s products are sold. Grocers choose and order products for their local customers from store distribution centers. The best way to get an Emeril product that you want offered at your local grocery store, is to speak with the store manager. Most stores are eager to get the products that you want on their shelves.

How do I leave feedback or request information about one of Emeril’s products?
