When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of the merchandise purchase price. Any gift item shipped to you from Emeril Store may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future Emeril Store order. Refund checks are not available for gift returns. Shipping is non-refundable.
How do I return a package?
Please call us at 800-980-8474, for a Return Authorization code and then simply re-package your merchandise and ship back to us, via a trackable shipping company, such as UPS, USPS or FEDEX, to the address listed below. Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the returns label covers the old one.

How do I exchange an item?
Our return center is currently unable to process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, please return the item you received according to the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.
